CHATEAU BEAUMONT HAUT-MEDOC
Beaumont produces medium to full bodied, dry, well-balanced clarets, with firm but supple tannins, and wonderful cassis-scented, sweet, black fruit. Quintessential gentlemen's claret.
CHATEAU BEL-AIR JEAN & GABRIEL LUSSAC ST-EMILLION
Deep garnet, dark purple tints. Delightful nose of black fruits, caramel, spice and toast notes. Velvety attack leading into a supple, full, powerful palate with expressive aromas and upfront tannins. Spice-driven finish.
CHATEAU HAUT CAILLOU LALANDE POMEROL
The wine from Haut Caillou has a deep colour with flashes of crimson. The rich, clean nose combines the aromas of small red fruits and subtle oaky notes. Full-bodied on the palate with fine tannins and a marked texture.
CHATEAU HAUT SAINT BRICE ST- EMILLION
Purple brown colour. Ripe dark fruit with tobacco and some ground coffee.
CHATEAU PLAISANCE-BRANNE ST-EMILLION
A very balanced wine with a beautiful intense ruby colour and purple highlights. A complex and elegant nose with notes of red fruit and wood. In the mouth, the attack is concentrated and fruity with soft and melted tannins.
GOULEE MEDOC
Aromas of sweet tobacco, plums and cherries follow through to a medium body, firm and silky tannins and a fresh and bright finish. Juicy and flavourful.

KRESSMANN MONOPOLE ROUGE
Crimson appearance and flashes of copper.Complex bouquet of red fruit, vanilla and spiced aromas. Initially round and robust on the palate, the silky tannins on the finish reflect the ripe fruit character backed by hints of vanilla.
KRESSMANN SELECTION CHARDONNAY
Guava and passion fruit on the nose and palate. Nice balance of acidity and not too dry.
KRESSMANN SELECTION MERLOT
Dry with plum, blackberry, red currant, and tobacco notes. A nice deep red colour and just a very slight hint of spices.
PIPER HEIDSIECK CUVEE BRUT 37,5CL
Notes of almond and fresh hazelnut accompany the precise accent of its bubbles. It is lively, subtle and light leaving a delicious incisive sensation of smoothness marked by the pureness of fresh pear and apple and a delicate hint of citrus fruits.

Vegetal green notes with some tropical fruit and lots of minerality. High acidity but well balanced with a pleasant finish.
PASCAL JOLIVET SANCERRE BLANC "SIGNUTURE"
Green apple abounds. Balanced up front with celery and faint notes of honey. Vanilla compliments the acidity and rounds out the finish.
JEAN-PAUL BENOIT DROIN CHABLIS GRAND CRU LES CLOS
Pear, passionfruit, mango and quince after a burning autumn leaves smoke. This is a refreshing medium bodied wine.
CHARLES HEIDSIECK BLANC DE BLANCS RESERVE
This Chardonnay has a lovely vein of citrus running through the white peach, apple blossom and custard.

Ripe peach and citrus with toasty complexity. Rich and fresh. Acacia, hawthorn, citrus and white fruit aromas.
CHATEAU DE PULIGNY MONTRACHET MONTHELIE
Medium expressed aroma of garden red berries (strawberry, raspberry and red currant). Slight notes of dried cherry with lemon hues and cinnamon.
