Medium expressed aroma of garden red berries (strawberry, raspberry and red currant). Slight notes of dried cherry with lemon hues and cinnamon.

Wet stone, chalk, hay, lemon. Nice creamy undertone, very balanced and focused. Seamless wood integration.
DOMAINE DE MONTILLE BEAUNE 1ER CRU LES GREVES
It is ripe and generous with fleshy black fruits and some liquorice. There Is a good detail to the wine and the finish is chewy.
DOMAINE DE MONTILLE NUITS SAINT GEORGES 1ER CRU AUX THEORY
This is a big, forceful wine bristling with energy and class. Saline, mineral notes give the Aux Thorey tons of cut. The fruit fleshes out big on the finish, adding depth and volume, but without sacrificing the wine’s focus.
