Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin was launched in 2019 by French Rosé wine producer Mirabeau, founded by Stephen and Jeany Cronk and based near Saint-Tropez on their 20-hectare estate and vineyard. The gin is inspired by Mirabeau's wines, the Provence region and France's perfume trade, and it came to fruition after discovering that the alcohol recovered when producing low ABV wines made for an ideal base for gin. wine estate near Saint Tropez and living in an area steeped in the history of world-famous perfume trade, we set out on a new journey to create a truly unique and original gin.

On the palate it is smooth with juniper, herbs, lemon zest, lavender & subtle fruitiness. On the finish it is dry, lingering herbaceous finish with lemon peel & floral notes.
